A2: Of course! You just need to provide the car model and a photo — we’ll handle the rest.
Q3: What information or materials do I need to provide for a custom order?
A3:
(1) Vehicle Plates
For cars, motorcycles, aircraft, tanks, etc.
These are fully illustrated by our designer, by hand.
We just need the plate number and a photo of your vehicle.
(The image should clearly show the shape and plate area.)
(2) Pets or Objects
We’ll directly draw from the photo you send.
Please choose a clear and focused image.
You can also send us a few options and we’ll help you pick the best one.
(3) Logo & Text
Send us the logo or text you want on your custom plate — we can do that too!
Q4: How long does production take?
A4: Based on the current schedule, the process — including design, confirmation, and hand assembly — takes about 8 to 11 working days. If you have a time-sensitive request, please message us early. We’ll do our best to check the timeline for you. (Rush orders may not always be accepted.)
Q5: Can you include details like car mods or stickers?
A5: Yes! Just send us a photo showing those details, and our designer will include them in your custom piece.
Q6: What color options do you offer?
A6:We currently offer two color
styles:
– Vintage Bronze
– Tech Silver
Q7: What kind of text can go on the nameplate?
A7: You can add a custom name and date to the lower part of the plate as a personal or commemorative touch.
Q8: What do the words on the car series plates mean?
A8: Our designer usually adds vehicle manufacturing data by default. If you want to customize the message or add a special blessing, just leave a note when ordering!
Q9: Is the outer frame only available in black?
A10: Absolutely! Just let us know the sentence you’d like to add when ordering, and we’ll include it in the design.
Q10: Can I add a blessing or message inside the design?
A7: You can add a custom name and date to the lower part of the plate as a personal or commemorative touch.
Q11: Can I hang the plate on a wall?
A11: Yes, the back comes with metal hooks, so you can hang it using nails or a picture rail.
Q12: What materials do you use? Is it waterproof? Will it rust on my car?
A12: The background uses a waterproof art paper with a foggy texture. The vehicle part is made from custom aluminum alloy with an electroplated metallic finish. It’s lightweight, rust-proof, and durable — but still has a solid, high-end feel.
Q13: What’s the process for custom orders?

Since all items are made to order, we begin production only after payment is received. Payment methods include bank transfer or credit card.

3.Once the design draft is ready, we’ll send it to you for confirmation
4.After you approve the draft, we’ll begin production and assembly

Q1: What payment methods do you accept? Do I need to pay in advance?

Since all plates are made to order, we do require upfront payment before we begin design and production.
Customers in Taiwan can pay via ATM transfer or credit card.
Overseas customers can pay via credit card.
Taiwan: ATM or credit card / Other countries: Credit card
Q2: Are you based in Taiwan? Where is your company located?
A2: Yes! We’re a proudly local Taiwanese brand. Our office is located at No. 76, Dongmen Street, East District, Hsinchu City, 3F.
Q1: What shipping carriers do you use?
A1: We use HCT Logistics for orders within Taiwan. For international orders, we ship via Chunghwa Post or SF Express.
Q2: Can I choose convenience store pickup?
A2: Sorry, our products are too large and exceed the size limit for convenience store pickup. So unfortunately, that option isn’t available.
Q3: Do you ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, or Singapore?
A3: Yes, we do! For overseas orders, we use SF Express or Chunghwa Post for delivery.
Q1:I don’t know much about cars — what if the info on my custom plate is wrong after I receive it?
A1: If there’s an error in the information, just send it back to us. We’ll help you fix it free of charge if it’s our mistake.
Q2: What should I do if there’s a problem after I receive the plate?
A2: We offer a 3-month warranty ! No worries — we’ll take care of any issue you run into.
Q3: How do people usually hang it on the wall?
A3: You can use nails to hang it directly, or try using picture rails or wall hooks — super easy!
