1. Custom Order Policy
Golden Garden Design specializes in personalized automotive and motorcycle-themed wall art. All custom orders are made-to-order and tailored based on your provided specifications.
Confirmation & Finality: All custom orders are final after 24 hours from confirmation. After this period, the production process begins, and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
Accuracy of Input: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided (e.g., model, color, name spelling, sizing) is accurate. We will not offer refunds for customer-input errors.
Production Lead Time: Normal production time is 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and volume. Shipping time varies by destination.
2. Product Disclaimer
Slight differences in color tone, proportions, or material texture may occur. These are not defects but a natural result of the custom production process.
Product images shown online are mockup previews. Final products may have slight variations in layout based on frame size or resolution.
3. Communication & Support
We strive to answer all inquiries within 24–36 business hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners.
Delivery time depends on your location and customs processing. Estimated delivery is 7–20 days after production.
You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance delays required by your local authorities.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or third-party logistics errors.
5. Ownership & Copyright
All content on this website—including product designs, vehicle illustrations, custom plate art, photos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Golden Garden Design.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.
6. Legal & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
In the event of translation differences, the English version shall prevail.
