Refund Policy

At Golden Garden Design, we specialize in made-to-order automotive and motorcycle-themed wall art and decorative pieces. Each item is carefully handcrafted and customized for passionate vehicle lovers. As such, we uphold a strict but fair refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

• Non-customized products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).
• Customized products, including:
  • Custom car/motorcycle number plates
  • Personalized names or logos on art prints
  • Vehicle-specific illustrations
  • Custom size or framing
  are non-refundable, except under the following conditions:
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • A production error occurred (wrong model/size/color)
  • The product received does not match your order confirmation

Return Conditions

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
• Clear photographic proof is required.

Refund Process

• Contact us via email at goldengardengdgd@gmail.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Problem description
• Photos of the item and packaging
• Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” on custom items. Ensure all customization details are accurate before placing your order.
